Announcing The Magic of Groundhog Day Audio and DVD Program

Six months ago I received a surprising phone call from the Head of Product Development at, Nightingale Conant,  the world’s leading producer of self-help and inspirational CDs. I was asked if I would like to record my book, The Magic of Groundhog Day, and, of course  I agreed straight away.

In June I went to the recording studios in Chicago and recorded six CDs based on my book with extra new material about breaking out of ruts at work, and also how to find meaning and joy in your career. Then in August Sony agreed to allow us to add the DVD of the movie to the CDs, which is a first as far as I know, and then we added a 40 page workbook about how to transform your life and career with the movie and my coaching.

This is the culmination of a 16 year love affair with this wonderful movie that has involved at least 25 viewings, many training courses and lectures at Oxford University, a week with the screenwriter in Bermuda and 12 months writing and re-writing.  I might never write another book or record another CD and, as I read my book aloud in the studio, I felt that everything I wanted to say about life, love and fulfillment is in this program.

The Magic of Groundhog Day is a unique training program for movie lovers who want to transform a miserable day into a wonderful day, and  escape the repetitive patterns that keep us trapped for many years. I believe the movie is the ultimate metaphor for how we are creatures of daily habit, and offers an inspiring and achievable blueprint for finding hope, purpose and authentic love.
