Entrepreneur
Paul is founder and Chairman of several successful businesses in recruitment, training, consultancy and marketing. The first business he set up in 1988 grew rapidly to achieve annual revenue of over $50 million in 2000. In early 2007 Paul he co-founded Bright Green Talent with Tom Savage with the mission of recruiting the brightest and the best talent in the world to work for organizations that are committed to sustainability and corporate social responsibility www.brightgreentalent.com. In late 2007 Paul became Chairman and co-owner of Greenest Host, a web hosting solution that is 100% solar-powered and provides design, consultancy and marketing services for all organization that want to reduce energy and be more sustainable www.greenesthost.com.
Teacher
Between 2001 and 2005 Paul was an Associate Fellow at the Oxford University Environmental Change Institute and was an Adjunct Fellow of Linacre College from 2002 to 2005.
Paul taught several modules on the Conservation and Nature, Society and Environmental Policy MSc programs. These include Organizational Behavior, and Environmental Leadership
Over the last 15 years he also trained thousands of people in the business and non-profit sector, including courses on Leadership, Sales, Change and Personal Development.
Consultant
Paul and his colleagues provide consultancy on Environmental Leadership. This includes Corporate Environmental Strategy, Sustainability, Green Branding & Marketing and Environmental Management.
Over the last 15 years Paul has provided consultancy services to the following organizations: - HSBC, Barclays Bank, British Airways, BT, Canon, Fidelity Investments, Friends Provident, Mars and many more.
Speaker
Paul has delivered many lectures to business, academic and non-profit audiences. He is available to give talks on a wide range of subjects around the topic of Environmental Leadership, Sustainability, Personal Development and Change.
Author
The Magic of Groundhog Day is Paul’s second book. His first book was Take Charge of your Mind which he co-authored with John Selby and which was published by Hampton Roads in 2006.
