Ayurveda tea is made of a single herb or blend of herbs steeped in hot water. Cumin-Coriander-Fennel Tea
Aromatic, cooling and soothing for the mind, digestion and urinary tract. These three kitchen spices are balancing for all seasons and body types, especially beneficial for pitta (fire & water) types and in summer season
1) Boil 2 cups of water
2) Add ¼ tsp each of whole cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds.
3) Cover and continue a slow boil for 5-10 minutes.
4) Remove and let cool to a comfortable drinking temperature.
5) If desired, add raw honey to taste. (Never add honey to boiling hot water)

Ginger & Raw Honey Tea:
Warming, stimulating and delicious to kindle the digestive fire and appetite. Especially good in winter and early spring to balance kapha (water & earth).
1) Bring 2 cups of water to boil.
2) Shred a 1-inch piece of ginger root and add to the water.
3) Cover and continue a slow boil for 5-10 minutes.
4) Strain and cool to a comfortable drinking temperature.
5) Add a squeeze of lime and raw honey to taste just before drinking.

Dashamoola Tea:
Calming, nourishing and strengthening for both nervous system and elimination*. Naturally sweet and beneficial in the fall and winter and for vata (space & air)
1) Bring 2 cups of water to boil.
2) Add 2 teaspoons whole dashamoola to the water.
3) Cover and continue a slow boil for 5-10 minutes.
4) Strain and cool to a comfortable drinking temperature.
